For one week, I ate the PopSugar Clean Eating Challenge. Sometimes it’s nice to follow a meal plan and not think about what I am cooking on my own. Today’s recipe comes from Day 1 on the plan–a nutritious, bright, and flavorful sunrise smoothie. Don’t worry, I’ll be posting some of my other favorite recipes on the plan in the upcoming weeks.
